Electric Brushless Motor Rules Update

ROAR has completed the process of updating Section 8.4 - Electric Brushless Motor Rules. This update finalizes the minimum allowable resistance for approval of each spec motor wind as well as corrects and clarifies a few points from the July posting. Except where noted in the finalized rule, these changes are effective immediately.
