After careful consideration of local and national conditions and consultation with the host track, the ROAR Executive Committee has decided to move forward with the 2020 Fuel On-Road Nationals as scheduled on October 7 - 11th. Competition will take place in 4 racing classes; 1/10 scale Sedan, 1/8th scale Open, 1/8th scale Masters and 1/8th scale GT Spec. Because of supply issues throughout the industry, this event will not use spec tires. However, racers in 1/8th scale GT Spec are limited to a maximum of 5 sets of rubber tires for the event; no foam tires in GT Spec.

 

The event will be held outdoors with outdoor pitting. The host track, RCRCNT, has advised ROAR that they have expanded the area available for pitting to ensure proper social distancing and they are making other revisions to make social distancing and other mitigation strategies possible at the event. Because of the ever changing situation with COVID-19, details on requirements such as masks will be updated closer to the event.

 

Registration for the event is now open. Refunds of the entry fee will be made if the event has to be cancelled. However, there are no refunds on memberships.
